If any rule is violated, you will be asked to leave the county premises by Code Enforcement personnel.
Keys need to be turned in the next business day before Noon.
Must be out of the park by 9 p.m. (with the exception of Las Milpas Park, which you must be out of by 7 p.m.)
Must provide your own cleaning supplies.
No amplified music such as DJ’s, bands or loud radios.
No car club cruising allowed.
No firearms, weapons or alcoholic beverages allowed in the park.
No pets, bicycles, roller blades and skateboards allowed.
Piñatas, Moon Jumps, water slides, electric train sets and pony rides are not allowed!
Please have your contract with you on the day of your event.
Precinct No. 2 is not responsible for any accidents, personal damages or thefts that occur at the park.
Reserved area must be cleaned.
In addition to the general park rules:
Build fire on concrete slab and clean pits after use (clean grill and remove charcoal).
Do not throw left over food inside kitchen sinks or in grease traps located outside of the kitchen.
For food fundraisers you are to report to City of McAllen Health Department to request a Food Permit and take Food Handling Classes.
One must comply with the City of McAllen Ordinance regarding Alcoholic Beverages Chapter 6 (Sec. 74-77 and (loud noise) Texas Penal Code Sec. 42.01 (C)(2)
Place all trash in dumpsters.
Turn lights off before leaving and lock both front and rear gates.
In addition to the general park rules:
Do not remove tables or chairs from pavilion.
For food fundraisers you are to report to City of McAllen Health Department to request a Food Permit and take Food Handling Classes.
No social events (Quinceañeras, Weddings, Baby Showers, Graduations, Dinner Receptions, Family Reunions, etc.)
No vehicles allowed inside Pavilion
